WINNIPEG, MB, April 21, 2025 — Vector Corrosion Technologies (VCT) today announced that it has acquired the ElectroTechCP product line from Structural Technologies, LLC, a Structural Group, Inc. company. This includes galvanic cathodic protection, impressed current cathodic protection, and Polyshield® equipment foundation and base plate systems.  

The move supports VCT’s vision of continued worldwide growth by adding valuable corrosion technologies to its product line, along with manufacturing capacity and technical resources from the ElectroTechCP team. Since launching its corrosion protection product line, VCT has become the worldwide leader with manufacturing capabilities in Canada, the United States, and Asia.  

ElectroTechCP products include a range of cathodic protection systems to complement the already robust VCT product line. When asked about the agreement, VCT’s President and Chief Innovation Officer David Whitmore commented, “We are pleased to add ElectroTechCP to Vector’s range of solutions and even more than that, the team of people dedicated to solving concrete corrosion problems that will now be part of VCT.”  

Structural Technologies and its parent company, Structural Group, Inc., have nearly 50 years of experience developing and implementing solutions for concrete problems. Moving forward, Structural Technologies will continue to offer corrosion protection solutions using the now-expanded VCT product line.
