The ACI Committee E706 has published an updated Repair Application Procedure for Installation of Embedded Galvanic Anodes (RAP-8: Installation of Embedded Galvanic Anodes).

This guide is an excellent source to reference when designing, specifying and installing galvanic cathodic protection in any concrete repair.
